Hi,

I'm a student of molecular biology and I encountered a problem in my research. In bacterial genomes, many mRNAs are present, and some have similar functions and identical names, such as the multiple flagellar mRNAs. How can I differentiate between them? Should I use multiple sequence analysis, such as CLUSTALx or CLUSTALw?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
