I have some data and I am trying to figure out the best way to analyze it. I am taking a proteolytic measurement of activity (control/hypothesized mean) every 5 mins for 85 mins, then I am mixing that same component with 10 other compounds each individually, to measure if any of those compounds reduce the controls activity. I am trying to identify how to statistically compare these. Fitting the data into a linear regression I do get an R value of 0.95-0.97 on the controls and the treatments. How should I compare each individual treatment of repeated measures to the controls repeated measures, and compared the treatments to one another to see if they differ significantly.
