Hello Catarina! what if you omit these NAs in R and work on the analysis in R. I do not know what are the importance of NAs in your analysis but if not important, you can omit all of them in R and run the analysis
can you use mean substitution or exclude missing IDs just for that variable alone
I think if NAs have no effect on your data, then, to omit it will better. This will depend on your data that you like to analyze.
technically you have several ways (though you'll have to check the representativeness of the sample or the sample design). For now you should remove missing values with some variant analysis that provides your software.
