I am not writing this because I think that MS disease is neither a genetic nor an immune disease, that the concept of RIS in MS disease is due to a misunderstanding of the etiology of MS, and that it would be long and tiring to explain my views on other etiologies. This decrease in DEP is good for MS. On the contrary, DEP remains at high values if electrical discharge does not occur for a long time.

It is gratifying that you are instrumental in opening a beautiful window into the world of medical science in terms of engineering. Nothing in nature can be isolated from scientific laws that derive their expression from universal laws (even if there are laws that are not yet known).

Consider for a moment nominal regular electric field lines in an infinitely large space. Place any particle as small as you can think of into this uniform electric field. The infinite space now accepts a reference system. Then, when you zoom in on this particle, you will observe deformation in the nominal electric field lines (DEP1 field). When you place another dielectric particle with different properties next to this particle, you will encounter occuring between them a different DEP2 field. Now, a particle community shaped based on the electrical interactions of the particles with each other has begun to form. You can watch events in all kinds of conditions across space and time. However, for example in studying electrical current in nerves, it is clear that once the basic principles are established, it is pointless to constantly study how an electron behaves in space and time. This is one of the issues I criticize in medicine. It's like examining individual trees up close and not being able to see the beautiful view of the forest from a distance.

Nowadays, it is not correct to teach in medical textbooks that there are up to 3500 types of cytokines produced in T cells as the immune system, giving names to them . Because countless forms of cytokines may occur. Sometimes, as in MS, researchers have been misled into thinking they can understand the problem simply by observation. Out of desperation, they are trying to explain that MS is an immune system disease by drawing eyebrows and eyes on T cells.

Supposedly, as T cells move through the capillaries, they see the myelin sheath and attack their own cells.

However, the reality is that in the human brain and spinal cord, where nerve cells are concentrated, MBPs are subjected to a force to separate from nerve cell due to local high DEP fields formed due to internal and external electromagnetic sources. At the same time, high DEP causes the gaps between the endotheial cells in the capillary walls in that area to open and the leakage of T cells and cytokines passing through the vessels through the opened gaps. Dear Franz Schelling, please, I have spent a lot of time and effort in my theory of the etiology of MS, there is no such theory in the world and it answers all MS-related issues, I do not want to devalue it by comparing it with other people's ways of explaining MS.

According to my calculations, you can objectively evaluate MS, that is, plaque formations, with MRI techniques, especially at 3 T. If MRI with higher Tesla (such as 5 T, 7 T, etc.) is used to increase the image quality, there may be errors in observing MS. The reasons are given in my articles.

The answer to your other question is that the plaques consisting of tau proteins left behind after the loss of MBP from the nerve cell have greater electrical conductivity than MBP. Such plaques within the WM are gradually (if DEP calculations are made) pulled towards the places where the electric field lines are concentrated, that is, negative DEP is formed. Since the conductivity of CSF in the lateral ventricular vessels is 7-8 times higher than the conductivity of the WM, the electric field intensity is higher around the lateral ventricular vessels, especially on the pointed sides of the lateral ventricular vessels. When you look at the MRI results, you will see that the plaques are collected in those sharp places. If a patient's plaques are diagnosed in other places, they will gradually move towards the sharp and conductive areas in the future. The same events occur around the central veins, which are conductive relative to the WM.
