Does anyone have any experience doing in situ hybridization to oxytocin mRNA in mouse? I am looking for an oligonucleotide sequence that is specific (no overlap with vasopressin) but works well in mouse; need one specific for vasopressin as well. I have found some papers that have used the rat specific probes in mouse but I am not sure if this is the best way to go. Any suggestions would be helpful.
