Dear all

I want to find a mounting medium for a special purpose, our sample using a glycerol base medium will let our target signal move from inside to outside, if we use medium w/o or low glycerol then need Nail polish to seal the perimeter of the coverslip, but it will let the fluorescence lose quickly.

Could anyone recommend Harding mounting medium w/o Glycerol?

Or any recommend Harding mounting medium?

Or anyone could suggest why our signal will move outside with used glycerol base mounting medium?
