I am trying to set up an IHC protocol for FPPE sections. It seems that MOWIOL 4-88 is a very good one, but it is commmonly in powder form (please correct me if wrong) and you need to do further process. Does anyone have an good alternative option of a mounting medium that dries and hardens at the end? There are several commercially available ones, but I would prefer something that has been tried and worked for others as well.
