Hi Professionals

Am having a lot of issue with the motor controller of the home made go cart . it runs on 48 volts and has to drive a 2600 watts 48 volts DC motor and 400KG weight

Got a controller made from the market based on IGBT which the shopkeeper said is capable of taking 200A of load , but the system gets fried in a short while, he has replaced 3rice but no juice

Please advice.

I have a plan to use a set of 8 mosfets IRFB4110 it has a rating of 100 v 180 Amps , I will use them in a sequence with a on time of 10 milliseconds and off time of 80 milliseconds. 8 of them will share the same anode buss and cathode buss , with a free wheel diode on the end of the buss if need be as the mosfet has a built in freewheel diode

Please advise
