Which subtopic under the area of organisational behaviour is the most researched? Have you come across topics you have thought has plenty of literature and then struggled half way through?
My impression is that organizational commitment and job satisfaction are the most studied concepts. They are easy to measure and are related to most other organizational concepts. They are often outcomes that OB researchers care about.
I feel organisational culture types is limited. Though there are variety of classification on types, research on particular categories are rather limited and from few authors only.
