Do you agree with me that a cornerstone in improving IH management is the lecture presented by Professor Ricardo J. Komotar on IIH hub:

https://youtu.be/iJrSQJr6fwk?si=Ccq4PPFsmHOv8dMB

I am not trying to underestimate the very valuable work of other respectable colleagues clarifying the complexities of IH diagnosis and treatment which I am fully aware of. All are super-excellent.

But suppose that we have a magic tablet to cure a very curable and a serious disease but patient is refusing to swallow this tablet. What then would be the value of all research and money that have spent to produce this magic tablet. Only after this patient accepts to swallow this tablet, work of other researchers becomes very clear.

Nobody is better to explain this point more than a doctor who challenged to treat a life threatening condition, whose population doubt available effective cures.

I hope I am clear and not misunderstood:

I am only trying to help with others in stopping a spread of one type of a common reversible dementia and unnecessary suffering among our communities. The group of our highly respected IH group of patients have obvious reasons not to be able to understand their problem and not to be able to take some effort to help themselves. I am trying to stress that this group of genious peopie in our communities should not be demented in front of our eyes and we are not able to do anything. It would be a big loss if we failed.
