Finally i got the solution by just resampling it again in erdas. Now in arcgis image donot disappear by several zoom.

There might be two reasons ; either there is projection problem with arcGIS or pyramid file is not created. What is format of output mosaic? If you are overlaying your raster with other vector data and there is projection problem in any layer, it may disappear image in arcgis.
