Hi everyone. I'm new to molecular biology and want to ask a question on protein expression. My next task is to express a Toll like receptor 4 protein cloned in E.coli cell. Is it possible to express it? I'm curious because will TLR4 undergo post-translational modifications that will limit it expression? Also, will this protein not bound possibly to the membrane of E.coli? What tips do you have for me during this task? Thank you.
