I need to study the effect of stiffness contribution from reinforcement and get load-displacement curve considering interaction of reinforced structures/composite structures. Since I'm dealing with large infrastructures (in my case bridges), what would be a user friendly (not necessarily complicated) finite element software for modelling such responses in large structures?
My available options (those I have the license) are Ansys, Abaqus and Ls-Dyna

Although I don't know your task at hand, in my opinion you should start with beam models and stiffness contributions based on section analysis. Because your FE analysis will have to consider nonlinearities and possibly bond / bond-slip to accurately reproduce/predict the response. Keep it simple and refine as required.

I found that ANsys an add-on module ''CivilFEM" which is for detailed analysis of civil structures especially bridges and dams. I am going to start with this as it has more relevant functions for my analysis (e.g. moving loads, design checks, interface for tendon/reo creations).
