I'm not expert in Gas turbine but I'm not to bad with Simulink.

Looking at your schematic, my main concern is the algebraic loop with the motor and the block Fcn3.

I would suggest to add a memory block to see if it solves the problem then you'll have to make sure it does not impact too much the results

I've connected the wrong terminal of PMSM to that loop. Now it was resolved and i got pure sinusoidal output/ :)

With ref to your statement that you're not bad with simulink, i hope you can answer this....Do you have any idea about Machines Measurement Demux block in simulink? It's said that the block is obsolete and couldn't find the alternative. I'm supposed to give speed signal to that summation point to check the error with step input ref. And that block is not working it seems.

I though the Measurement Demux had been replaced by stadard Bus Selector block. From there you can choose which signal you send where
