Dear everbody,

We planed to put our minus 80°C freezer to minus 70°C (economy!!). But we have questions about the integrity of our plant tissue samples (especially infected ones). We have found articles, recommendations etc...but mainly on human tissues, bacteria, nucleic acids etc...but not on plant tissues (infected leaves etc..).

Does anyone have any feedback on this issue?

Thanks a lot for your answers

(note: we don't need data on how the freezers work at minus 70, we have them!).
