Hi, ye myriad that uses GROMACS. Is anybody consistently getting a "Segmentation fault (core dumped)" error partway through their trajectory when running the mindist program? If so, have you found a workaround? I recently installed version 2020.1-Ubuntu-2020.1-1, and this is the first time I've had this problem.

I think your system is not equilibrated well, I suggest repeating the energy minimization step.

It's equilibrated and fully minimized. I think the problem ended up being a corrupted trajectory file - it's working now that I've redone the production run. But thanks.
I do not know about your simulation box.
I had this error when adding sone different molecules in the simulation box so I minimized the box after insertion of each molecule and minimized with etmol=100 to ensure the minimization.
