I am working on biocathode type of a MEC system. I run in-situ CV tests on my developed biocathode, and two other control systems of pt-based and plain-GFwhich I polarized it over 10 cycles. Cathode as the working electrode (WE), Ag/AgCl reference electrode in cathode as the Reference Electrode (RE), and anode as the Counter Electrode (CE).
May I know if anyone has any experience on discussion of this test. If I wanna study on Tafel plot, which part of the graph I should consider and how to calculate HER onset potential from Tafel plot.
I appreciate any help and advice in this regards.
