Presumably you mean how to structure a thesis? If this is for a PhD, in the first instance speak to your supervisor(s)/committee.
Alternatively try your university library. Many have books that give some explanation on structuring and content. Amazon has many books on this topic. Simply search for it - something like 'writing a PhD thesis'.
The organization of the thesis includes introduction, objectives, review of references, results, discussion, conclusions, recommendations and references.

The dissertation should have the following basic structural elements:
• title page;
• the abstract;
• content;
• a list of symbols (if necessary);
• the main part (introduction; sections of the dissertation; conclusions);
• references;
• applications.
