Here you are a message from an editor : ‘’ A preliminary quick review of your paper has made it clear that, unfortunately, this submission cannot be published in our journal. The reason is that we have an overwhelmingly large number of submitted papers so that even otherwise acceptable papers cannot make it until publication. Our intention by this preselection is to provide a prompt feedback to the contributors thereby giving them the chance to find a more appropriate journal for publishing their work.’’
After dedicating several hours to tailor the format and style of my article to meet the journal's requirements, including implementing double columns, incorporating figures, tables, bibliographic references, and other elements, I ultimately received this type of message. I would like to emphasize to journal editors that it would be preferable to accept a standard style right from the start during the submission process, rather than imposing specific requirements after an initial quick review to determine the next steps in the examination process. In this case, it would be more consistent to request the desired style after the final decision has been made.
