I tested for mefenoxam sensitivity in my Phytophthora nicotianae isolates and one isolates growth rate in ammended media is higher than in non-amended media. I have repeated it 3 times already. Is it normal? In fact, it shows some inhibition initially and then the growth seems to increase as the dose increase. I have tested it at 0.1,1.0,10,100,1000ppm. It shows inhibition at more than 50% inhibition at 1000ppm.
