I would like to find out any different of the two means (student's marks) (between evaluation feedback of tutor and peers) in three independent variable of Peer "Prior-learning, contribution and co-operation.
Samples of Prior Learning and Contribution variables are normally distributed for both tutor and peer but co-operation is not normally distributed.
So Which statistical methods is the most suitable for this case?

Thank you Ette. The sample size for each year is over 120 each year for 3 year (373 total). It actually is not just sample but its survey of all the students of one academic year. Can I assume population data ? or Can I use Z-tests even if it is assumed as population data?

If I understand you correctly, then you do have "population data". Your aim was to find how this academic year performed, and you have the complete information. There is no uncertainty, so there is no need to do any statistical tests. You don't need to test strange hypotheses, you can simply tell the answer.
Simply show the data (ideally graphically, in histograms or box-and-whisker plots). You can also communicate any kind of summary like means, modes, medians, ranges, inter-quartile ranges or other inter-percentile ranges.
