I agree that there are open source statistical packages that one can use. Doing a hand calculation, however, does help one understand the statistical analysis. Most good introductory statistics textbooks will give instruction how to do this. The current edition of Triola probably has instructions for a two-way ANOVA, and is available as a relatively inexpensive ebook.
