Hello everybody.
I am a master student writing the diploma thesis on change and industry 4.0. After a brief introduction on the importance to change, how change can be implemented, I referred to Force Field Analysis (FFA) as a tool identify forces against and for change. In this regard, I read about the 7s Framework as a complementary tool of FFA. I have described it but I do like to include any relevant criticism. Any suggestion?

In general, criticism is not easy to look for around any subject within science discourses (besides literary criticism :-). Although constructive criticism is an essential component in scientific discussions, it is not expressed with plain words.
You should be patient, and study the subject widely. Look for comparative settings where authors present their own work for which Force Field Analysis is relevant and preferably where FFA is a competitor for the authors' solution. Note that problems are often called issues.
You probably know, that with Google Scholar you can locate the references given to a research publication. You can then search through these refererring articles with GS. This helps to find the themes in the discussion at hand.

The 7's Framework is a great analytical tool and perhaps will give you a good sense of potential levers to pull to bring about change, but if you want to understand how to pull those levers, then John Kotter or even McKinsey 's "Influence Model" would be a bit more insightful.

You should deal with the quality criteria for models, then you will quickly arrive at your own criticism. The McKinsey 7-S model is to be classified as a static model. Such models are mainly used for cross-sectional analyses, i.e. for creating a current image of states. The dimension "time" is not explicitly considered here - which, however, is to be considered highly unfavorable for organizational changes. In this respect, it could also be that your choice of the 7-S model as a comparison object for FFA (which is also a model for a situation analysis, but aims at a change process) is not suitable at all.
