Does anybody have an idea for an MBA dissertation topic in the field of international business, related to hospitality and/or tourism? Best would be if the topic is related to digitalization, personalization/loyalty.
Start with a literature review on what is happening in the research of your field now, it will help you to find a research gap and problems. You can also check the sections of "suggestions for future research" what is very common to have in scientific publications.
I strongly recommend conducting literature review (journal articles) to know recent research areas in your discipline. It is not advisable to conduct a research based on someone else’s opinion. Since undertaking a scientific research requires a great deal of enthusiasm and lasting commitment, it is better to select an area that is highly interesting; otherwise, you may face a number of unforeseen hassles in your journey and lose interest. Don’t forget that the secret behind any successful completion of research study is interest, unwavering commitment, hard work, persistence, etc.
