I doing signal processing and classification. May i know if i have 4 input signal, if there i combine 4 signal in one? or i need used something like ICA? or i add all 4 signal together before proceed with cnn? Or is that any other method i can do for multiple input of CNN.
The best approach for signal processing using Deep learning is RNN with LSTM.

That depends on what you are trying to achieve. A CNN takes a fixed size feature vector as input. If you have a continuous input stream, you might use a RNN instead since it can handle a continuous input stream. If you want to combine the signals or handle them separately depends on what the aim is of the research.
