Consider, you have a 2D data (A) with size of 25x150. You can use a line in MATLAB as

A1=A(:); it will give 1D output. You can also use 'resizem' function keeping 2D data appearance in 1D. The function resizem is one kind of sampling transformation. Please avoid imresize function. It will not give you a linear output which is not really similar to your 2D data.

I=imread('output.png');

M=readmatrix('output_data_1.txt');

% Your output image has 12x8 small images (by width/by height).

% So, number of small images from the output text will 12*8=96 images.

% Then, size of every small image from the output text is: 290400/96=3025

From the help file of Matlab ( https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/readmatrix.html ), this function is added on Matlab 2019a. You can upgrade it !
