Hi iam getting a problem in giving input data (.prn) to materials measurement software keysight. can anybody please tell, what is the file format of s-parameters data accepted by materials measurement software. if you have any rough draft of s-parameters data can you please show

In most cases "materials measurement software" has it's own format. Try F1 (help) and read what data may be imported. If you will find no answer ask Keysight company. As I remember prn extension was DOS printer's file sending from command line. So it seems extension of file do not correspond to the software and be change or named as author of software needs. For instance I used to make JAR (Janusz Artur Rebis) extension for imported data to flash, but it is known as Java File :)
