What is the best reference for material properties of various materials in micro scale?
For piezo-magnetic materials in micro scale, most researchers uses the same material properties in nano scale. Are this true or we use different material properties?

al measured material properties depend on their specific used method and specific material characteristics. This is for example: If you compare material properties results from 4 point macro (3X4X42 mm bend bars) to mirco bend bars or to compare the Vickers hardness from HV10 indent to an 3 mN nano indent.
For me the best reference would be to keep the effective material volume and shape as close as the final product indication and conditions.

There are several groups of material properties such as physical, chemical, electrical, mechanical,....etc, and the effect of microstructure change from micro to nano scale is not equal on all of these groups, since the final properties of any material is the result of the whole history of the product material, including raw materials and fabrication techniques. So we may conclude that some times this change in microstructure is not always effect on properties of the material.
About your second question it is some times true that the micro and nano scale piezo magnetic materials have the same properties, in spite of that you may usw SEM to distinguish the particle size and then determine the other properties to make sure.
