I did segmentation using CNN to identify the region of interest for both datasets and I got a good result.
My questions
How I can make matching similar slices which are dependent on the region of interest between these two datasets using Convolution neural networks?
After matching the slices, how to resize the slice from dataset 2 related to the size of the slice from dataset 1 using Convolution neural networks?
Thank you Aparna Sathya Murthy, for your answer, Actually each dataset from a different sensor, so the final target is to fuse both images to get a better image quality.
I did segmentation to the region of interest.
Now I want to match related slices from both datasets according to segmented the region of interest.
then Fuse them to get the final image
