Has anyone heard of pore size-dependent electrodeposition rate or corrosion rate in porous anodized alumina (or other similar templates)? So far I have been aware of the works of only one group (Dikusar et al) on this; they reported on pore-size dependent Cu corrosion. I think there should be more occurrences of such phenomena. Any help with sources of interest much appreciated.
The attached article has a relatively close answer to your question. A model in the article can be used to predict the effect of the status of pore, i.e., size, density, and so on, on the corrosion (anodization) rate of the aluminum.
Thank you Khalib, but what I am for is how pore radii affect electrodeposition or corrosion of a deposit while in the pore.

Thank you, Karl. Although not directly, but it may be of help to us as H2 evolution frequently accompanies electrodeposition in pores of anodic Al2O3.
Another thing that can be very useful for me concerns the surface diffusivity of dioxygen or other ions and molecules (transition metal cations or complexes thereof) on Al2O3.
