Manipulation of aprepitant (use in NG tube or jejunostoma)?

Does anybody have some clinical experience with use of aprepitant through NG tube or jejunostoma? Or experience with efficancy when capsule contentend is crushed and disperced in water?

We used aprepitant as suspension of particles in water for the use with NG tube. There was no apparent clotting of the tube and patient had better nausea control than before without aprepitant.
