Yoga. Aerobic exercise (sweat) 5-7 days per week 30-60 minutes and weight bearing exercise 3-5 times per week 30-60 minutes. Exercise in the morning because you are likely to be more compliant.

Sit back and listen to a very relaxing music, close your eyes and think about nothing till all the tension ease up

The standard way to relieve stress is physical activity. But it is necessary to separate the concepts of stress and depression. Stress is not depression. Stress is a normal reaction. And depression is a disease that has a specific cause.

It helps to take everything in bite-sized chunks, so to speak. One foot in front of the other.

Another way to reduce stress is to stay present on the task at hand instead of trying to see the whole picture. If you try to see the whole picture all the time, your vision may be blurred (metaphorically, of course).

Time management is important as well, especially when deadlines are involved.

Otherwise it's self-care. Doing what you enjoy. Painting, writing, coloring, singing, playing instruments, listening to music, taking a nap, reading, playing video games, etc.

Find healthy ways to manage stress. Consider healthy, stress-reducing activities such as meditation, exercising or talking things out with friends or family. Keep in mind that unhealthy behaviors develop over time and can be difficult to change. Don't take on too much at once.

Take it easy and relax!

Avoid negative people and thoughts that make me stressful. Always look at the bright side and enjoy life.

Being mindful and always keep track of my duties with priorities first, then the urgent things and last the final duties (not important or can be late for it). It is always a real time management and being mindful with my emotions.
