I need to make up some RIPA buffer for cell lysates, however I'm very new to following protocols of such nature. Ones such as this: http://cshprotocols.cshlp.org/content/2006/1/pdb.rec10035.full?text_only=true

Can someone please help and explain to me how I'd go about making some RIPA buffer with this recipe?
