Hello everyone,
what softwares are best for making a 3D plot that can be used for publications. I am looking at paraview and origin. If anyone can put me through, I will appreciate that.
Note: My X-axis is a matrix of 200x1
My Y-axis is a matrix Of 1x80
My Z-axis is a matrix of 200x80
I will be glad if anyone can recommend a better software and how to use it or explain how I can make those plot using either Origin or Paraview I talked about.

Dear Azeez Aremu ,
For that, select the data and go to the Insert menu; under the Charts section, select Line or Area Chart as shown below. After that, we will get the drop-down list of Line graphs as shown below. From there, select the 3D Line chart. After clicking on it, we will get the 3D Line graph plot as shown below.

Azeez Aremu You can use Origin plotting software (especially built for plots), also you can use matlab and python
