MACS sorting of prior frozen cells - best thawing protocol?

Hello,

I am planning to do a positive CD8+ MACS selection on splenocytes.

The cells are currently frozen in N2 (DMSO, FBS).

Doe anyone have a protocol/experience for the thawing process?

I know that I will have to wash the cells, but I am wondering if an overnight resting period in the incubator would be beneficial.
