Has anyone ever seen CD206 and CD80(by flow citometry) on polarized human macrophages M1/M2? I really can't see any difference by flow citometry when I acquire polarized macrophages. I expect M1 to be CD80 high and M2 CD206 high...do you have any piece of advice about the staining protocol? Thanks in advance

Have you looked into monocyte expression of CD14/CD16? As far as I understand it monocytes that are CD14+CD16- are considered M2 and monocytes that are CD14+CD16+ are considered M1.
