Has the crystal structure of all trans lycopene ever been determined?
If yes, the could you please point me to the diffraction data (CIF).

There are some crystal structures of protein complexes with lycopene. Lycopene could be a bit distorted to fit into the protein structure. I don't know if the lycopene is trans, though.
This looks like a light harvesting complex with lycopene.
