Low cost manufacturing country?

which country will be ideal for low-cost manufacturing besides of china? (Not high tech products)

please share which country and reason why it will replace china reputation as low cost manufacturing country.

Obviously India. I don't mean by anything, but by cost of production, employee wages, only India will be ideal for low-cost manufacturing. Here an employee gets in BPO lowest salary, minimum $100 per month. Nothing extra. Here a Software Engineer gets minimum $180 per month, nothing extra. So, I don't think in no other country employee gets such poor salary for 9hr/day hard working.
