I am writing to seek valuable assistance in the context of an upcoming Online Faculty Development Program (FDP) proposal.

The FDP will focus on Cyber Security as its central theme and is tentatively scheduled for September 2025, pending final approval.

In this regard, it would be a great honor if you would be willing to deliver one of these sessions. If possible, we would also deeply appreciate it if you could recommend or connect us with a colleague (from your university or another institution) who might be interested in delivering the second session.

The sessions are planned for Day 2 of the FDP and are tentatively scheduled within the following time slots (IST):

• 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
• 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM

The proposed session topics are:

• Session 3: Cyber Security Domains and CIA Triad (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability; security policies, standards, and compliance – ISO, NIST basics)
• Session 4: Risk Management and Social Engineering (risk identification, vulnerability vs. threat; phishing, pretexting, baiting, human layer of security)
