CHROMagar is a very useful for isolation and primary differentiation of group of Candida spp and Candida albicans of course, while for Cryptococcus i use Tobacco Agar (you can prepare the medium by yourself) and it is a good and cheap medium for detection of Cryptococcus....
i worked with Aspergillus species, the CYA , MEA and Zapeck Dox Agar media for classification but you must look to the purpose of study so you can chose the media which matching with your work.
