I have stained rhesus macaque cells using tetramer from NIH tetramer core facility. However, it is not giving me a promising staining. Thus, looking for a new source of tetramer. Any suggestion?
Nearly a year and a half ago, so I don't really expect you to see this.
I've been using the human MR1 tetramer for awhile now, the NIH reagent works so well that I doubt that using a different source will work any better.
However, the NIH recently started offering the rhesus macaque MR1 tetramer. I have yet to use it myself, but am developing a panel to do so.
If you happened to figure out any tricks to make things work, I'd appreciate hearing about them!
Thank you for the response. I finally got good batch of tetramer from core facility. Stained the cells. The results looks promising!!
That's great! I'm glad it worked out for you.
Hi
Immudex has very nice reagents based on their dextramer technology.
