You say, "huge". Is "4/5" a misprint? Do you mean 45? The foundational reference is the ASHRAE Handbook of Fundamentals (available free online as PDF) plus there's NIST's REFPROP (database and more). There are many helpful tables in ASHRAE including one that lists the ideal high and low temperatures for each refrigerant along with the required flow rate per unit of cooling.
