I want to do a dissertation on cyberloafing and need a gap in the literature. Any recommendations?

I should admit that you have a very interesting research topic. Generally speaking, cyberloafing In the workplace is the natural product of the presence of the Internet at the workplace. As a process, it offers employees the advantage of new opportunities by which they can perform private activities during work . Current studies on cyberloafing have mainly focused on the positive and negative aspects of the process; however, there are various issues that require further investigation within the organizational context considering both personal and work domains. To satisfy the intended purpose of your question, I refer you to the following link and the implication section on page 65 can hopefully provide you with the gap in the literature.

Thank you! I appreciate your direction. I have found several articles regarding the positive and negative aspects but not much on other behaviors such as predictors to cyberloafing.
