I am looking to establish a research center in Jordan which related to topics of RF circuit, antennas, filter.. etc. I need to make collaboration with a university which has a research center/ lab that can support the idea and share the benefits.

Dear ESRAA, you may be interested to have a look the the SESAME collaboration . As for RF related stuff you may also check the CAS (cern accelerator school) lecture as well as the JUAS programme.) MOST CAS lectures are available for free download from the CERN library server which you can access typing CDS cern into google or similar.

To produce rf and microwave circuits you have to choose the technology for such circuits. I would propose that you adopt the microstrip circuits for your center.
With this technology you can print your antennas as patches and you can print also transmission lines and stubs for matching. You can also make microstrip filters and many other passive circuit components. You can also add also surface mount discrete passive and active circuits. You can also add surface mount integrated circuits.
As a design tool you can use ADS and microwave studio.
Such a laboratory has also microwave and rf measuring equipment such as:
signal generators, wideband oscilloscopes, microwave network analyzers in addition to the conventional measuring instruments mostly Agilent and Keithley well as other high quality instruments.

Of course Dr Esraa you need to choose the technology for these RF circuits.
You can choose either dielectric material or semiconductor material for the substrate used for these RF circuits.
I'm working in the microstrip circuits department in the Electronics Research Institute, in Egypt.
We use dielectric materials for the substrates and of course we have various fabrication and measurement devices and tools.

I hope to find a scientific research center equipped with measuring facilities and manufacturing microwave devices, such as conducting measurement of radiation characteristics for antennas and other important experiments in wireless communication devices, because due to the lack of measurement facilities in our laboratory in Algeria (anechoic chamber) many researches were delayed.

Dear Rabia Rebba, the facility set up requires knoeledge of RF planning and funding. Anechoic chamber is specific to antenna measurement. Do you know what antennas do you want to work on, what frequencies. As well some time you need an antenna range. The device and component capability is a divverent requirement and will need additional equipment including processing equipment and clean room.
