My study on Leader-Member Exchange and Organisational Commitment sets out to investigate whether an employee’s relationship with their immediate line manager affects their commitment to the organisation, to the students and to the profession; and ultimately if one area has a greater draw than the others.

and takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. You do not need to know anything about Leader Member Exchange or Organisational Commitment to participate, the only criteria is that you are student facing and work for a Higher Educational Institution.
