I tried using openanalysis.org/openspecy but doesn't seen to have starch and keeps confusing it with dextrose. My lab equipment has a database but doesn't seem to have neither starch, nor amylose nor amylopectin.

https://sdbs.db.aist.go.jp/ asks me for the formula or the values or peaks individually which isn't exactly what I want either.

What else can I use to verify the FTIR of starch?
