I searched the entire internet for a LOD voltage regulator up to 1A for Vin 6V-37V coming from the solar panel and fixed output 15V for VCC and 5V for VDD. I have two IRF540 mosfets to be derived by IR2110.
If you want to get 15V from 6-37 V you can not use low drop out regulator. Because 37 volt is much greater than the 15 volt. In addition you gave an input voltage smaller than the 15 volt. Therefore the solution is to use DC to dc converters which are switching regulators from the type boost - buck conveter for the 15 volt and buck converter for the 5V. You can search for such devices in the web.

You need a buck boost converter for that purpose. When the voltage below 15, boost action occurs and when voltage above 15, buck action occurs. you don't find components searching random places. You have to search mouser.com or digikey.com for that. there you will find tons of buck boost ic within few bucks.
