I am wondering lipolysis on time lapse imaging in vitro.

as i think if bodipy493/503 which stains Lipid droplet or neutral lipid may colocalize with lysotracker red signal i would be able to think it is going to the lipolysis.

but the action of chemicals is not sure whether their combination is working or not.

is it possible to use both of them? are there any references?
