Hello all. I have been searching for information related to lipoprotein (a) expanded screening, asides from the use on CVD risk, to see if you find someone with high levels of lipoprotein (a) do you do a cascade screening if the patient is adult or a reverse screening if the patient is a child. Also if how is its inheritance? if you find someone affected will you find a lot of the family members affected like in Fabry or homozygous hypercholesterolemia or probably low to none other patients affected asides from the case of study because depending on this a reverse or a cascade screening be made?
