I am wondering that i am not able to find answer, that why cant we use row as well as column operations all together? Also while finding Inverse by elementary operations like A=I*A, we do operations only on I in right side, why we are not disturbing A on RHS? if anyone can explain?

some good books about Linear Algebra: Strang's Linear Algebra and It's Applications, Friedberg's Linear Algebra.
about Calculus: Apostol's Calculus (both volumes), Spivak's Calculus and Lang's Undergraduate Analysis (probably an overkill)
I'd recommend getting a copy of All The Math You Missed (But Needed To Know For Graduate School) and going through the books that it points to as places to know more about each of the topics (as well as reading each chapter, which is a condensed version of lots of material).
the Gauss elimination algoriytm uses row operations. u can use coloumns ittttf u take transpose operation

Elementary matrix theory teaches you that any row operation to be carried on a matrix is affected by carrying the same on pre factor of A=IA and any column operation to be carried on a matrix is affected by carrying the same on post factor of A=AI. A good read is Shanti Narayan Matrices. You can carry both types of operation on A=IAI. (Sizes of I as Pre-(post-) factor will have to be chosen appropriately if A is rectangular.
